The Park was recognised in the annual 'Holidays with Kids' travel magazine awards, voted by the national magazine's readership of over 600,000 parents, 61,000 online members and customers of Club Med and TakeABreak.com.au.
Categories included activities for kids, staff hospitality, accommodation, location, safety and family fun.
Treasure Island Holiday Park Manager, Brendan Brady, said this award acknowledges the efforts of our whole team. Everyone on staff has played a role in making this park the best in the State and I couldn’t be prouder.
"Activities for the kids is an important consideration when it comes to choosing a family-friendly holiday park, along with standard of accommodation and services, and overall value for money", said Mr Brady.
“Location is a big factor too,” he added, “and being only 10 minutes from Surfers Paradise, a kilometre from the Broadwater and tucked in between all the major theme parks means families who stay at Treasure Island are perfectly positioned to take advantage of everything the Gold Coast has to offer".
